How Molino Pest Control handles the information you send us through this website. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form on this site we collect the name, phone number and email address you type in, the pest or service and the area you choose, whether the property is a home or a business, how soon you need someone, the message you write, and any photographs or PDF files you attach. We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we do not collect anything about you unless you choose to send it.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. We use your phone number and email address to reply and arrange the ocular visit, and the details of the problem to plan the treatment. That is the only reason any of it is asked for.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Where it goes
A submitted form does two things. It is saved as a record in our content system, which is hosted by Sanity, and it is emailed to us through Google Workspace. Any files you attach are stored alongside the record in Sanity and attached to that email.
The form is screened by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare receives the technical signals it needs for that check; it does not receive the contents of your message.
The website itself is served by Vercel, which, like any web host, sees the technical details of each request (your IP address, browser type and the pages you load) in order to deliver the pages.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as we need them to do the work and keep a record of it. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this page will say so, and what is collected.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jmmolinoonepest@gmail.com or call 0906 379 2100 and we will deal with it.
